Welcome to silverlines AS ("silverlines", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at silverlines.top and our finance compliance risk monitoring services (collectively, the "Service") operated by silverlines AS.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and silverlines AS.

silverlines AS is a Danish company registered under company number CVR49853216, located at Gothersgade 74, 6703 Esbjerg, Southern Denmark.

silverlines provides finance compliance risk monitoring systems and related services to businesses operating within the European regulatory framework. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring solutions
• Know Your Customer (KYC) verification systems
• Regulatory reporting and compliance management
• Risk assessment and monitoring tools
• Consulting and training services related to financial compliance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with appropriate notice to our clients.

User Obligations

When using our Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. Your obligations include:

Permitted Use:

• Using the Service only for lawful business purposes
• Providing accurate and complete information when required
• Maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Complying with all applicable financial regulations and laws
• Respecting the intellectual property rights of silverlines and third parties

Prohibited Activities:

silverlines Rights:

• All software, algorithms, and methodologies used in our Service
• Website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images
• Documentation, reports, and analytical outputs
• Trademarks, service marks, and brand names

Client Data Rights:

You retain all rights to your data and information provided to us. We will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You grant us a limited licence to use your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Privacy and Data Protection

• All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties
• Refunds are subject to the terms of your specific service agreement

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, silverlines AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted through the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to silverlines for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless silverlines AS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from:

• Your use and access of the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Termination by You:

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by discontinuing use and, if applicable, cancelling your account in accordance with your service agreement.

Effect of Termination:

• All rights and licences granted to you will immediately cease
• You must cease all use of the Service
• We may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Denmark, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law, and these Terms do not limit such rights.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If you have a concern, please contact us first at legal@silverlines.top. For EU consumers, alternative dispute resolution may be available through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

The failure of silverlines to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative of silverlines.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and silverlines AS regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and silverlines relating to your use of the Service.
